Chiropractic chose me. I worked in fitness for nearly ten years in New York City, managing private corporate fitness centers located in downtown Manhattan. I loved fitness, but I reached a point in my career when I knew something was missing, so I decided to go back to school to become a doctor of physical therapy. I was working full time and attending classes part time to satisfy my pre-requisite requirements for DPT school, when I met a chiropractor that changed the course of my professional and personal life forever.

After I met this chiropractor, I remember having a dramatic reaction to his suggestion that I become a chiropractor instead of a physical therapist. I had set my course and it bothered me so much that someone I barely knew suggested an alternative path. Little did I know, this was the beginning of a great awakening in my life. After two weeks under chiropractic care, my own problem resolved. After less than a year under care, I decided to attend chiropractic school instead of PT school. A year and a half after my first ever chiropractic adjustment, I moved to Marietta, Georgia to attend Life University.

The journey to becoming a chiropractor is not easy. It requires massive change, sacrifice, personal development and passion. This is why chiropractic is a calling. Standing on the other side of it, I am beyond grateful and I wouldn’t change a single thing. I absolutely love chiropractic and the incredible opportunities it has afforded me. Sharing my skills and knowledge with other people on their journey through healing is a cherished honor. I can’t wait to serve you!!

I would describe my approach as gentle and intuitive. I work with each patient to individualize a care plan that is specific to their unique needs. The services I provide were intentionally chosen because they can be combined to address structure, function, connection and breath.  Each of which provide a strong foundation for living WELL.

The challenge is to silence the mind.”
