Mission Statement
At Soul Blessed Healing we believe in optimizing the body’s ability to function. The human body is a complex system that is not relegated to a single set of rules. Each individual has a unique set of needs. We aim to help practice members in their healing journey by uncovering the source of dysfunction and applying therapies that work synergistically to optimize function, connection and breath.
Types of Stress: Physical, Environmental, Emotional, Chemical
Humans encounter more stress today than ever before and it doesn’t come from just one place. This makes it monumentally more challenging to manage our reactions to it. Physical stress refers to the daily wear and tear on our bodies from the activity or lack of activity we encounter on a daily basis. Environmental stress refers to the elements in our environment that affect how our bodies adapt. Emotional stress refers to the things that affect our minds and our feelings. Chemical stress refers to the toxins in our environment, in our food, and/or in the medications we take that affect our body chemistry and function. At Soul Blessed Healing our goal is to help empower you to return to optimal function by channeling your body’s intuitive potential to heal itself.
